Who we are

This policy covers the website enquiry form and direct contact by phone, WhatsApp or email. It is written in plain British English for learners and parents booking lessons in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
What we collect
Only what we need to reply to your enquiry and arrange lessons.
- Name, email address, optional phone number, area, lesson interest and any message you send via the contact form.
- Details you share by phone, WhatsApp or email when booking or rearranging lessons.
- Basic technical logs that may be created by our hosting or email provider when you submit a form (for example timestamps and delivery status).
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, take payment details by arrangement, and improve lesson planning.
- To reply to booking and information requests.
- To arrange pick-up points, lesson times and payments.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing lists.
Sharing and retention
We keep information only as long as needed for lessons, records and legal obligations.
Enquiry emails may be processed by our email provider (currently Resend when configured). Phone and WhatsApp communications stay on those platforms under their own terms. If you want details updated or deleted where we are able to do so, email mgdrivepro.eastmidlands@gmail.com.
